By the end of the workshop, you will be able to:

• Effectively negotiate resources on your research projects
• Use an approach to influencing without authority
• Understand the six principles of negotiation

She delivers workshops for early career researchers at Imperial, UCL, and Cambridge University. Caroline has a long relationship with Vitae, directing GRAD school and Leadership in Action, including for the Barcelona Institute of Science and Technology.
