Useful cooking tips
- If you are not familiar with the general operation of an electric stove, please ask for help.
- Make sure you are using oven-safe cooking pans and utensils.
- Use pots and pans that are the appropriate size for the burner they are on.
- Use only dry pot holders. Do not use towels or anything wet. Wet items create the risk of steam burns.
- Do not cook anything directly on the oven racks.
- When opening a hot oven, use caution. Keep your face away from the heat vent.
- Set the rack height inside the oven before turning it on.
- Do not heat unopened food containers.
