Details

Cycle for 10km (or more if you can) using an app on your phone that track your performance or another device such as Garmin or Apple Watch. After that send the report together with a selfie after your activity to Lorenzo.angelilli@kaust.edu.sa by the 28/11/2021. If you cycle more, do not worry, the time will be scaled to the 10km (or if you have a detailed report, the time of the first 10 km will be considered).
