S2 Vegan Supper Club

During the month of April we will start a KAUST supper club!  It will be held on Saturdays at 7 (or iftar time for Ramadan).  The objective is to create an environment to discuss sustainability issues with friends while eating eco-friendly food.  Small groups will take turns preparing the food each week.  Sign up for a day below!  For any questions contact philip.mitchell@kaust.edu.sa.  (Also, there are many vegans in S2, so the food shouldn’t contain animal products).  On the Thursday before the meal, I will send an email to everyone to with cooking duty for the week to ensure that everyone has each others contact information and can make preparations.  The event will be outside and COVID precautions will be followed.  Sign up in the Google Sheets!
