Dr. Asmahan Sandokji is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior at Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship (MBSC). Her teaching and research span organizational behavior, leadership, workplace culture, communication, resilience, and employee experience, with a strong focus on how people, relationships, and organizational environments shape behavior and change.
