Join us for an enlightening discussion with Erik Tally, the Director of Health, Safety & Environment at KAUST. Erik will lead a "Mainstreaming Biodiversity" conversation where he will share the past HSE biodiversity experience and future plans to use KAUST as a living laboratory for biodiversity practices that could benefit the Kingdom at-large and beyond. This is a part of HSE listening tour where we would like hear students' perspectives as well as other stakeholders on the future of KAUST Biodiversity as we formulate our strategies.

Erik has been the Director of HSE for KAUST since February of 2020, and  is responsible for developing and implementing the HSE strategy and administration of comprehensive HSE programs and policies. Erik has 30 years of experience in the HSE profession and previously held positions as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) for Cornell University's Weill Medical College position and Vice President of EHS for Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, both in New York City.

Light dinner is sponsored by the KAUST Sustainability Office. Seats are limited. Register here.
