Interested in a Management Consultancy Career? Take the Strategic Gears Talent Assessment Test!

Strategic Gears would like to invite you who are interested in starting your consultancy journey at Strategic Gears to take a Talent Assessment Test at the end of this week!

TAT is considered to be the first step of the Strategic Gears process for Junior Level Consultants. Such level candidates usually have less than 5 years of experience in consulting or management field which is why you need to sit for this test before taking your Case Study interview.

Strategic Gears Talent Assessment Test is a psychometric test that is addressing several numerical and analytical skills; it is one hour long and conducted online through a link provided in the online meeting room.

During the test, all candidates must keep their cameras and microphones on and they are also allowed to use a calculator while answering. Once their answers are submitted, they get marked and those who score the passing grade move further in the process to conduct a one-on-one interview to solve a given case study.
