We offer three types of assessments:

Clifton Strengths (Not Available at the Moment)

This identifies the areas where you have the greatest potential for building strength, as it measures recurring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Research shows that people who know and use their strengths are more likely to be confident, happy, energetic, and achieve goals! It all adds up to being 3x as likely to report having an excellent quality of life!

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator

This is a designed to identify a person's personality type, strengths, and preferences. Based on the answers to the questions provided, people are identified as being one of 16 personality types. The goal of the MBTI is to allow respondents to further explore and understand their own personalities, including their likes, dislikes, possible career preferences, and compatibility with other people.

Strong Interest Inventory

The goal of this assessment is to give insight into a person's interests, so that they may have less difficulty in deciding on an appropriate career choice.

What is the difference between Clifton Strengths & Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)?

If use the metaphor of a house, the MBTI would show in which room you feel more comfortable while the Clifton Strengths would show you how you would decorate that room.
