Join us for an engaging seminar on petrophysics fundamentals and recent advancements in the field by Dr. Mark Ma. Dr. Ma is a senior petrophysics consultant from Saudi Aramco since 2000. Mark is the SPWLA VP for Publications, Chief Editor of the Petrophysics Journal, and SPWLA Saudi Chapter VP for technical events. Mark was the SPWLA Regional Director (2018-20) and chaired the 2013 SPE Formation Evaluation (FE) Award Committee, 2018 SPE ATCE FE Committee, 2019 IPTC Ed Week Committee, and was a JPT FE Editor (2015-2020). With 100+ publications and 70+ patents, Mark was awarded the 2010 SPE KSA Technical award, 2019 SPE MENA regional FE award, 2020 SPE Distinguished Membership award, 2021 SPWLA Distinguished Service award, 2022 SPWLA Distinguished Technical Achievement award, and 2024 SPE International FE award.
