Single Students

All single students live in shared accommodations in an apartments that have 2, 3 or 4 units. Each student has his/her private room and toilet but they are sharing the common areas (living room, kitchen, laundry room, and storage).

Married Students

Married students are assigned family units of 2- or 3-bedroom townhouses according to the family size.

1- Convenient Moves

The students usually can request to change their units for any reason such as housemate conflict, cooking or eating style according to availability. The Housing Team uses a pre-arrival survey to assist with matching the best candidates for roommates. Even with the help of this tool, students sometimes want to request a change of units for a variety of reasons such as a housemate conflict, cooking, eating styles, etc. Changes can be made according to availability.

2- Emergency

If a significant issue arises, such as a water leak, ceiling collapse, etc., students may be assigned an emergency unit until the maintenance team fixes the issue. The housing team will assess the situation and decide to move the student temporarily or permanently. Students can request a permanent change of unit if the maintenance report indicates that the unit needs a long period of time to be repaired or if it has a repetitive issue.

3- Access Authorization

We support the maintenance team when they request access to specific units to perform some repairs or maintenance work as long as the notification to the students is sent at least 72 hours in advance.
