How do I make new friends?
We encourage you to reach out to your Orientation Leader who can connect you with new students on campus. Attending the Orientation Leaders Events sessions held after lunch is also a great way to meet new friends.

The Student Counseling Service offers a variety of services for students and their dependents, visit the website for more information. For after-hours mental health crisis assistance, please call 0540272519. Please note this number is only answered after business hours and is for mental health emergencies only. If no answer, please call 911 from a KAUST landline or 0128080911 from a mobile.
How can I request a personal visitor request?
Visit the VMS system and apply for a personal visitor request. Security processes this request, and it is valid for three (3) days.
Once they are inside the campus, apply for a Personal Visitor KAUST ID request from the same system, which is valid for 30 days.
